The Door and The Window - " Detailed Twang" (NB Records 1980)

Apparently this sold 10,000 copies in the year of release!! And quite right too. Another musical up-yours to first album ATV fans from the Pope Of Punk, Mark Perry.
There are very few first wave punk stars who actually practised what they preached, Mark P was one of these. He took the Rock out of Punk Rock,and this record demonstrates that nicely. Frequent performers at the London Music Collective, Nag and Bendle took the disillusioned Mark under their wing and the rest is history. This LP doesn't Rock!
